Reports should include the Resource URL, artifact name or hash if available, claimant contact, rights basis, requested action and supporting evidence.
Containment
Staff may quarantine a resource or mark an artifact unavailable while the report is reviewed.
Review Outcomes
Possible outcomes include rejection, request for more evidence, artifact takedown, release yank, resource quarantine or legal escalation.
No Automatic Legal Decision
Moderation actions preserve safety and availability. Final legal wording and process require owner/legal approval.
